LinQVA Support by DentaLinQ Assist was founded by Mercirose, a registered nurse with a deep passion for helping people and improving healthcare operations. With 19 years of clinical experience and 24 years in management overseeing two busy orthodontic clinics, she gained firsthand understanding of the daily challenges that dental and medical offices face — from scheduling and insurance coordination to maintaining organized patient records and ensuring team efficiency.
Through her years in healthcare, she observed that many skilled professionals were spending valuable time on administrative tasks instead of focusing on patient care. This realization inspired the creation of LinQVA Supprt — a virtual assistant agency dedicated to supporting dental, orthodontic, and medical practices.
